How to Draw a Hamburger
It’s Drawingforall.net with a new very simple drawing instruction in which we will teach you how to draw a hamburger.
A hamburger is a chopped steak, ground meat, minced chicken, or other meat product, placed in a sliced bun. As a rule, hamburger toppings include not only meat. There is usually added onion, lettuce, tomato, cheese, mushrooms, or other snacks.
Sometimes burgers are made of double, triple, quadruple, and so on patties. In today’s article, we will draw a hamburger with two patties, cheese, tomato, and crisp lettuce.
Let’s start the lesson and learn how to draw a hamburger!
Step 1
To draw a hamburger correctly, at first you should draw general shapes which are similar to a square with rounded corners. Note that in the first steps you should not press down too hard on the pencil. All lines of the initial steps should be very light to make it even easier to add details and remove unnecessary lines.
Step 2
Our hamburger is pretty high – there are two meat patties and three slices of a bun. And now, using curved lines, sketch out the guidelines of the meat patties and slices of the bun. By the way, using this drawing tutorial you can draw any hamburger you want, whether it’s a Big Mac, Big Tasty, Whopper, or any other burger. All burgers are drawn about the same.
Step 3
And we continue our tutorial about how to draw a hamburger. Draw the outlines of the lettuce and slices of cheese. In addition, you can add some more details, such as jalapeno or even scrambled eggs. The general outlines of the hamburger sketch are ready. From the next step, we will start to add final details.
Step 4
Now draw uneven edges of the lettuce and draw the texture of the patties. Sketch out the edges of the tomatoes. Erase all guidelines and darken the lines. If you did everything right, then your burger drawing should look something like this.
Step 5
At the top of the bun draw sesame seeds. Start to add shadows. At first, we need to find the light source. In our example, the light comes from the upper right side, so we need to add hatching to the left side of the hamburger. Use light strokes for hatching. And do not forget to add the cast shadow to the surface.
