How to draw Bulbasaur from Pokemon

Hello! Our lesson drawing Pikachu was very popular this month. So we decided to make the lesson of drawing another pokemon. And as you can see today, we are going to draw Bulbasaur.

 

Step 1

First, draw the contours of the head, body and legs. Head to us is the closest other parts of the body. That’s why it looks big. Paws are rounded like the head and the body. However, they are much smaller in size.

 

Step 2

Now let’s draw the contours of the bulb. As you can see, this part of the body located on the back.

 

Step 3

In this step we’ll draw the eyes, mouth and ears of our pokemon. The eyes of Bulbasaur look like triangles. Important point: the eyes have different shapes. The ears also look like triangles. But the ears are more flat.

 

Step 4

Ok, now it’s time to paint the eyes, teeth and nose. Please note – pupils are oriented in the same direction in both eyes. The pupils of this pokemon is very similar to the eyes of reptiles or dragons.

 

Step 5

This step will be much easier all the previous steps. Here you only need to draw three claws on each foot and draw a few wavy lines on the bulb.

 

Step 6

In normal condition Bulbasaur spotted. So in this step we will draw these spots.

 

Step 7

In the last step in this drawing lesson we’ll draw a light shadow.
