How to Draw a Cheetah

Hello! Today we will tell you how to draw a cheetah step by step. As you know, this is the fastest animal ever. Only Quicksilver can run away from the cheetah.

 

Step 1

Let’s build a figure of a cheetah from sticks and circles. First draw three circles that indicate the head, chest and pelvis. Then connect them with one line from the top.

 

Step 2

Now, based on the stickman from the previous step, we will build a silhouette. We will connect a head and a breast with one more line from below. So we get a neck. In the same step, we will outline the line of eyes on the head. Do not forget to draw the front paws.

 

Step 3

And we continue the action from the previous step in the area of the hind legs and tail.

 

Step 4

In this step we will draw the eyes, ears, nose and mouth.

 

Step 5

We erase superfluous directing lines and we draw paws, a trunk and a tail.

 

Step 6

In this last step we will paint the spots on the cheetah’s body. Do not paint too large spots. You should leave the lower parts of the legs and face unpainted.

 

Step 7

Draw light shadows on the abdomen and on the paws.
