How to Draw a Hyena

Around the hyenas there is a huge number of different myths and guesses. They are considered vile and cunning creatures. Today we can not guarantee to tell you everything about hyenas, but we guarantee to teach you how to draw a hyena.

 

Step 1

We begin to draw a hyena with the head in a shape of a circle, then using two circles sketch out the chest and pelvis. With the help of a smooth line draw the neck, spine and tail. Using light straight lines sketch out the limbs.

Step 2

On the head sketch out out the sharp ears and muzzle of the hyena. Sketch out the neck, thickening to the troax. Sketch out the forelimbs and go to the next step.

Step 3

Connect the chest and pelvis and create a torso. Next sketch out the hind legs and tail of hyena.

Step 4

Draw out the eyes and nose. Using clear and dark lines draw out the outlines of the head and draw a mane using short strokes.

Step 5

As in the previous step, using clear and dark lines draw out the outlines of the torso and legs, removing all unnecessary guidelines.

Step 6

Now we paint out the eyes, the nose and draw the spots on the body of the hyena. Using hatching add shadows to the drawing.
