How to Draw a Battle Axe

Hello everybody and welcome to drawing tutorial on how to draw a battle axe! Battle axe is a kind of ax designed to defeat manpower. It is a multifunctional shock-cutting weapon. A distinctive feature of the battle ax is the small weight of the blade and the long pole. Step 1

First of all draw a long and straight line as in our example as a guide for the pole.

Step 2

Under the line from the previous step draw another line and connect them as in our example.

Step 3

On the left side divide the stick with a short line and draw a slightly curved line down as a guide for the tip.

Step 4

Finish drawing the tip of the axe. Note that this part can has of different shapes.

Step 5

Add glare to the tip of the axe with the help of short inclined lines and shadows using hatching.
