How to Draw Chief Wiggum Step by Step
Stereotyped policemen exist in all animated TV series, but probably the most funny and interesting is Chief Wiggum from the Simpsons. So in this drawing lesson we want to show how to draw Chief Wiggum. This lesson will be quite different from other lessons, because here we will not apply the rules of “dummy” and “stickman”, here we will draw the character immediately using dark and clear lines.
Step 1
Let’s start with the eyes, drawing them in the form of two simple circles. Next, draw an upturned nose in the form of a semicircle.
Step 2
Now draw two eyes in the form of simple dots. Next draw out the nostrils and mouth as shown in our example.
Step 3
A very difficult step in which we will need to draw out the outlines of a police cap.
Step 4
This step will be much easier, and in it we will need to draw out curly hair and an ear.
Step 5
Now let’s move on to the lower part of the head, drawing an open mouth with tongue and teeth.

Now we move even lower and carefully draw out the outlines of the collar and short tie of Chief.

Now, using smooth lines, carefully draw out the outlines of the shoulders, abdomen and arms.

Here we will need to draw out the outlines of the hands. In one hand, we draw a donut and in the second a cup of hot coffee.

A pretty difficult step in which we will need to draw a belt. On the belt we draw out the outlines of the holster, handcuffs and a baton.

Now we draw out the outlines of the lower part of the torso and slightly tapering pants.

And the very last step of this tutorial in which we draw the outline of shoes of Chief Wiggum.
