How to Draw The Mekon

Did you know about such a character as the Mekon? We also did not know, but now we know. We have studied everything related to this character and are now ready to show you how to draw the Mekon.

 

Step 1

First of all we sketch out a huge head in the form of an inverted egg. After that we draw a line of the spine, arms and legs. Recall that in the first steps you should try not to press on the pencil too hard, so that later it would be easy to remove these lines.

Step 2

Now we sketch out the vertical line, which is the center of the face and the horizontal line, with the help of which we later draw out the eyes. Next, we sketch out the outlines of the torso, arms and legs using simple geometric shapes.

Step 3

So, we outlined the Mekon “dummy”, and now let’s add some basic details. First of all, we outline the eyes and eyebrows using the horizontal line from the previous step. Next, sketch out the nose and mouth. After that, we draw the outlines of the T-shirt and the thing on which he sits.

Step 4

Now let’s start working with the final details of the Mekon. With the help of clear and dark lines gently draw out the outlines of the huge head. After that draw the outlines of the face and remove all unnecessary guidelines from the head.

Step 5

Now move lower and carefully draw the outlines of the T-shirt and arms of the Mekon. In the same step, carefully draw all the folds on the T-shirt, as shown in our example. Remove unnecessary guidelines and proceed to drawing the legs.

Step 6

Carefully circle the outlines of the legs and levitating chair, on which he sits. At the en of the step number six we remove all the lines and strokes that were drawn by us in the first three steps.
