How to Draw a Miata

Hello dear motorists and artists and welcome to the drawing lesson about how to draw a Mazda Mazda MX-5 Miata. This will be a fairly simple drawing lesson in which we show you the basic rules of drawing a car.

Step 1

We always draw cars from half-turn view, and this drawing lesson is no exception. Take a pencil and using light lines outline the main contours of the Mazda body.

Step 2

Here we will add some basic details to the body of of Mazda MX-5 Miata. Using very light strokes add the headlights, grille, mirrors and wheels.

Step 3

So, the basic contours are ready and we begin to add the final details. As always, start from the front and move to the trunk, drawing the headlights, grille, bumper details and the hood.

Step 4

Here we draw out the cabin of our Mazda MX-5 Miata. First draw out the windshield, then draw the roof and a side window with a rear-view mirror.

Step 5

We continue the drawing lesson about how to draw a Mazda MX-5 Miata. Continuing the line of the roof we form the trunk. Draw the door and a handle on the door.

Step 6

Here we finish drawing Mazda’s body. Continuing the lines of the bumper and the bottom of the car, we form rounded wheel arches. Inside the arches draw out the wheels and move to the last step.

Step 7

Here you need to draw rims. First of all draw out the outlines of the wheel rims. In the center of the rims draw small circles and spokes emanating from this circles to the edges of the rims.
